Continuing their discussion of Jimmy Stewart's biopics, Tim and Michael talk about the feel-good baseball movie The Stratton Story (1949)—the inspiring account of pitcher Monty Stratton, who mounted a comeback after losing his leg in a hunting accident. Along the way, they discuss favorite baseball movies, the film Project Hail Mary (2026), and director Frank Capra’s later work on science- and space-themed films.
